It started ok but then I realized that I was not able to save wherever I wanted. If I die before I beat the castle, I will be brought back to the starting point of the level….The Quick Save just doesn’t work effectively at all. This really frustrates me and I decided to stop and sell the game :-(

This game does not utilize the Wii’s graphics capabilities at all. The characters are small and the controller is confusing to use. Think this is still a great product? It is already selling used after a few days from the release date.

I was so excited. I remember Mario from when I was a kid, it was the big “thing”. I am glad I rented this from the video store first, I find it boring and frustrating. As a previous reviewer mentioned, you restart from the beginning of the castle if you die.

I much prefer the active games like Wii Fit and the Sports that came with my Wii.

Dear Nentendo : You suck and your representation of Italians suck. Marella will no take this anymore.. you have mocked us long enough! We do not jump on turtles, ride green dinosaurs, eat mushrooms, and save Princesses. Marella does respect you for your proper use of Women in your games; hopeless and weak, but Japan needs to stop being so butthurt about losing the war; and radiotyping everyone, and just accept it!

Marella gives this game a solid -10/5!

I WILL NEVER BUY A NENTENDO GAME EVER AGAIN!

Our family of four has enjoyed Wii games that allowed all of us to play together. Hence, we thought that this game would be great for us during the holiday time off. Unfortunately, we only have two Gamecube controllers and two Wii Remotes, and we were shocked to discover that the Gamebube controllers are not supported. I only see one reason why the Gamecube controllers are not supported with this game, but I am NOT spending $100 for two more Wii remotes. In fact, I am now turned off by Nintendo and will much sooner spend that $100 on a competing console. This smells of a cheap, bean counter decision on the part of Nintendo. If so, it has failed badly on this consumer.
